Citizens in Support of Useless Bay Community, an LLC known as CSUBC, represents residents of Diking District 1 and its supporters in all lawful matters concerning District 1′s Commissioners, charter, activities and assessments. We are dedicated to limiting the environmental impact on land, waterways and wildlife affected by the dikes and diking district activities.
